PRINCE2® Foundation

PRINCE2® Foundation is a three-day training that is designed to provide delegates with the knowledge and skills required to gain a comprehensive understanding of PRINCE2® methodology. The course includes the fundamentals constituents of PRINCE2® methodology including themes, processes and principles. This course act as a prerequisite for attending PRINCE2® Practitioner training. During the training program, the delegates will be able to understand the PRINCE2® methods and techniques and also will be able to work effectively with environment supporting PRINCE2®.  

PRINCE2®, a registered trademark of AXELOS Limited, is a process-driven approach that is used in project management all around the world.  

PRINCE2® Foundation training enables the delegates to perform regular reviews of progress in regard to project planning and business case. Along with training, the delegates will be introduced to exercise based activities for having a clear better understanding of the subject. They acquire skills that help them in managing projects effectively, making quick decisions, communicate well with team members and stakeholders and much more. The MSP Training offers this training in various modes including online, onsite and classroom. The training is delivered by highly qualified and experienced instructor who make sure that the delegate gains maximum knowledge from the training program.
