Agile Project Management Foundation & Practitioner (AgilePM®)

Agile Project Management Foundation & Practitioner (AgilePM®) course is designed to provide all the essential knowledge about Agile methodology. The delegates will get to leran about Agile concepts and able to practically implement them in their work environment. PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation module is developed to introduce the fundamental components of PRINCE2 Agile® to the delegates. For this, prior knowledge of PRINCE2® is not mandatory which make it more appealing to a wider audience that deals with the management of agile projects and agile teams. The Agile® Practitioner module will guide about how Agile® can be customised for particular scenarios.

The training provides complete knowledge to the delegates about the project management lifecycle and process evaluation. The delegates will get to know about risk recognition. With the help of this training, the delegates will able to understand how to plan and control throughout the Agile lifecycle. Throughout the course, the delegates will gain knowledge about the following:

Agile Principles: The principles of Agile should be appropriately implemented for successful and efficient project delivery.

Detection and resolution of problems: The delegates can detect problems and then resolve them.

Encouragement of team members: Encouragement is significant. Encouraging team members will lead to high-performance.

Foundation Exam:

Question: 50 multiple choice questions

Duration: 40 minutes

Passing Marks: The pass mark is 25/50, or 50%

Exam type: Closed-book

Practitioner Exam:

Question: 4 questions (20 marks per question (80 marks in total))

Duration: 150 minutes

Passing marks: The pass mark is 40/80, or 50%

Exam type: Open book - using only the official Agile Project Management Handbook provided
